Located 100 miles north of St. Louis on the Mississippi River

Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary of $310,000 with bonus potential
Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
Educational debt forgiveness (if applicable)
$5,000 annual professional expense allowance
6 weeks of PTO plus 1 week for CME

Requirements:
MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
