Weare seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Director / AttendingPhysician to oversee and manage the medical care provided in our skillednursing facilities in Grand Rapids, MI. This role offers a unique blendof medical excellence and technological advancement, focusing on bothadministrative leadership and direct patient care. As the Medical Director, youwill participate in quality improvement initiatives, ensure compliance withregulations, and provide guidance to facility staff. In addition, you willserve as the attending physician for residents, ensuring high-quality care inour post-acute and primary care settings.
Compensation& Benefits:
Competitivesalary up to $400,000 annually, plus a monthly Medical Director stipend forMDs.
Fulland Part-time opportunities available. Flexible scheduling, with a typicalcommitment of 2-3 days per week at each facility.

Requirements:
MDor DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Validand active medical license in the state where you will be practicing.
Boardcertification in a relevant specialty (preferred).
Experiencein skilled nursing facilities, post-acute care, or primary care settings ispreferred.
Abilityto manage and oversee medical and clinical staff in a leadership role.
Strongclinical decision-making skills and the ability to work independently.
Mustbe comfortable with technology, including using iPads, remote patientmonitoring, and conversational dictation software.
Willingnessto travel to multiple facilities within your assigned region.
