Join a group of 6-8 Family Medicine providers in a brand-new, 45,000+ square foot facility opening in fall of 2025in the suburbs of Boise, Idaho.We are seeking multiple new physicians for this location and would welcome Residents who are training together currently and would like to continue to practice together.
Job Description- Start Date: Mid-September 2025
- Accepting Board Certified or Board Eligible candidates who will become Board Certified within 3 years of employment.
- Services willinclude Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Occupational Medicine, Diabetes Care & Education, Sleep Medicine, Orthopedics, Heart Care, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and onsite Lab, X-ray, and Pharmacy.
- Practice Setting: Clinic
- Reason for Coverage: Expanding to new facility and need additional providers
- Full-time schedule: 34 patient contact hours with the option for a 4- or 5-day work week.
- Shift hours: Approximately 8 AM to 5 PM
- Call schedule: Shared with other eligible Family Medicine providers; approximately 1:40. To include weekends as part of the call rotation.
- Documentation System/EMR: EPIC, including AI charting capabilities.
- Not open to 1099 candidates
- Not open to visa candidates
