Facility in Winnebago, NE seeking Family Medicine locums coverage Rates: $170/hr
Start Date: June 30, 2025
Assignment Duration: 13 weeks with potential for 3 6 month extension or locum-to-perm
Positions Available: 2 Schedule:
  • Shift Type: 5x8s, Monday through Friday
  • Hours: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
  • Call: None
  • Observed Holidays: Covered as standard workdays
Position Overview:
  • Full-time outpatient clinic coverage
  • See all ages preferred; will consider Internal Medicine (18+) as second choice
  • No inpatient rounding
  • Existing team: 1 MD and 6 APPs currently in practice
  • APPs manage patients across the lifespan (cradle to grave)
  • Interview process includes a phone screen with Dr. Kini and a provider panel; in-person interview preferred but negotiable
  • Credentialing time: 2 3 months
Requirements:
  • Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Active State License Required - Facility willing to license
  • IMLC Accepted
  • DEA Required
  • Experience treating a full age spectrum is preferred
  • Must be comfortable working in a team-based model
  • Willingness to consider locum-to-permanent conversion is a plus
