Hospital employed structure
Work in clinic with five providers
Four Day work week
Clinic focused with ability to round in the nursery with other providers if desired
Hospital has a hospitalist program
Full spectrum practice
180 bed hospital
Be busy day one
High income potential (90th% MGMA) depending on work ethic
On-going salary plus wRVU bonus
