Premier Physician Services is currently working with its client company located in South Bend, IN to fill the need of Locum Family Practice/Primary Care Provider.
- 13 Week Contract
- Monday-Friday
- Monday, Wednesday: 6am-2pm
- Tuesday, Thursday: 10:30am-7pm
- Friday: 7:30am-4pm
- Must be comfortable seeing ages 2+
- Quick Start
- Must have clean background & malpractice
- Current Active IN License
- Current DEA (There is a dispensary on-site)
- EMR: Media Lab
