Compensation& Benefits: - Salary:$238,000 - $350,000 + bonus eligibility

Requirements: - MDor DO degree with completed Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency(Family Medicine preferred)
- BoardCertified by ABMS (ABFM/ABIM) or AOA
- Atleast 3 years of primary care experience
- Current,valid medical license and DEA number
- Proficiencywith EMR systems (NextGen preferred), coding, and Medicare Advantage/HCCdocumentation
- Experiencewith Google Workspace and team-based care
