- Base Salary: $225K - $250000.00

About This Role:
- Location: Manteca, CA or Modesto, CA (1.5hrs from San Jose)
- Family Medicine Physician
- Outpatient M-F Schedule: 8am - 5pm
- Primary Care

- The Physician provides medical oversight, expertise, and leadership to ensure the delivery of the highest quality affordable care to their community

- Provide patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services consistent with a value-based care model.
- Conduct regular health assessments, diagnose and treat common illnesses, and manage chronic conditions.
- Actively participate in practice quality improvement programs and evaluate practice performance metrics.
Background Desired:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician
- Able to acquire California State Medical License
- Desire to work in the clinic/primary care setting
