Compensation & Benefits :
- Financial Package: up to 319k base salary DOE + sign-on bonus + productivity incentive

Qualifications :
- Degree: MD/DO
- Certifications: Board-certified in Family Practice by start date
- Licensure: Licensed in Oregon or willing to obtain
- Experience: Practical experience, especially with underserved or challenging patient populations, is highly desired
