Preferred Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm No weekends, No Call, No Holidays.
Worksite Setting: Outpatient - Family Medicine Clinic
Scope of Work: General Family Practice Clinic Duties seeing all ages including Gynecology exams, no OB, no delivery, high risk referred out, limited call (15-20 PPD)
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC/BE, Active IN licensure, BLS, DEA and IN CSR
