Monday-Friday from 8-5: Lead Physician role reporting to our Medical Director.

This opportunity is for a Primary Care Center for employees of our well known, prestigious clients. You would be You would be surrounded by physical medicine, behavioral health, coaching, and supported by a nurse.

Primary Care Physician

Crossover Health is seeking a Full Time Primary Care Physician to join our team at our new office located in Redmond, WA. The Physician is a key member of the care team, working in close partnership with a nurse, to provide outstanding, comprehensive primary health to a panel of patients. The Physician provides medical oversight, expertise and leadership to ensure the delivery of affordable quality healthcare services across the care team. Responsibilities also include the strategy, development and implementation of innovative clinical programs that include collaboration with strategic business partners.


What you ll be doing

Provide direct patient care and model key Crossover attributes of servant leadership, participating in huddles, interdisciplinary care approach, following standards, demonstrated care team model with nurse, and delivering great patient care outcomes. Direct care allocation may be adjusted based on practice requirements and upon written approval of the physician lead / manager

Provides patient centered, comprehensive primary care services consistent with the patient centered medical home care delivery model, including participation in the selection of suitable treatment plans for all patients including participation in the selection of cost-effective treatment modalities

Encourages the care team is providing appropriate care in accordance with their duties and obligations

Provides continuous availability for medical and technical questions to the employees, patient care staff, and ancillary care providers including after hours coverage

Actively participates in the Practice quality improvement programs, as well as participate in multidisciplinary quality assurance programs that monitor the performance of the Practice according to written policies

Complies with all policies, procedures, and protocols of the Practice including assisting other care providers and extended care teams to comply and cooperate with clinical outcome reviews and measurements as may be established by the client


Qualifications

Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician

Unrestricted, valid WA Medical License in good standing

3+ years professional post-residency experience in direct patient care


(Preferred Qualifications)

Knowledge of managed healthcare systems, medical quality assurance, quality improvement and risk management

Ability to work collaboratively internally and externally

Self-assured and results oriented

Experience and demonstrated successful leadership of case management, disease management and/or population health programs
