•  Work Dates Needed: Permanent Placement - Starting as soon as credentialed with clinic
•  Preferred Schedule: M-F 8a 5p, some clinics are open Tue. & Thu. 7a-6p
•  Worksite Setting: Outpatient Clinic
•   Scope of Work : Primary Care/ Family Medicine FQHC- Serving p atient population without insurance or that are on Medicaid or Medicare
•  Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: current OR state licensure as MD/DO
•  EMR: Epic
•  Pay Rate Preferred: Will be discussed during interview.
