Client seeks Physician for July 3, 9, 10, 11, 17, & 18 at their Corporate Health clinic in Northbrook, IL. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care and acute episodic care. Hours are 8:00am-5:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must be Board Certified or Board Eligible and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. Epic EMR experience is a plus.
