•  Type: Locum-MD/DO
•  Role: FP Physician with OB+C-section (Need is for call coverage. No Clinic Hours.)
•  Volume: 0-3 call backs, Clinic: 0-10 at most per day,80-90 deliveries per year (approx 20% C-sections)
•  Shift options: 7a-7a
•  EMR: Expanse-Avera McKennan
•  Support Staff:
•  24/7 CRNA Coverage
•  Separate Newborn Coverage
•   Candidate Requirements:
•  State License(s) accepted: MN
•  DEA/CSR required: UNKNOWN
•  Covid/Flu Vaccination Requirements: Required; exemptions may be filed
•  BC/BE:
•  Boards accepted: Specialty Boards- FPOB/FMOB
•  Residents: No
•  Life Certifications needed BLS and NRP (ACLS is not required by would be beneficial)
•  Will facility accept CALS in lieu of ATLS: N/A
•  Procedures logs needed: Will most likely be required at credentialing.
