I have a client in Bay City and Saginaw Township, Michigan looking for full-time W2 permanent opportunity for Family Medicine/ Internal Medicine Physician MD/DO.

Additional sites will opening up in 2025.

- Provide direct primary medical care to all patients with the highest medical standards and ethics in a caring

- Many practice sites designated patient-centered medical homes, some with CPC+ status
- Monday through Friday, no weekends no holidays
