FNP/PA/MD - Ages 2 plus
July 7 - 17, 2025
Mon, Thurs 8am to 5pm
Tues 7am to 4pm
Weds 9am to 6p
Friday 8am to noon
Family Practice Role- Employee health clinic seeing employees and their families
Seeing ages 2 and up
EMR- Athena
Requirements of the Primary Care role:
Active MD state license
Active Board Certification
Certifications- BLS
