Locum Tenens Opportunity - Primary Care Long Beach, California Clinical Role: We are currently seeking a Family Medicine Physician (Primary Care) for a locum tenens opportunity in Long Beach, CA. •   Specialty: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (Primary Care)
•   Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Patients seen from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; one hour off-the-clock lunch; 8-hour workday)
•   Contract Duration: 13+ weeks
•   Setting: Outpatient primary care clinic
•   Average Patient Census: 18-20 patients per day
•   Patient Population: Adults
•   Procedures: Ability to perform common outpatient procedures (e.g., biopsies, suturing) is a plus
•   Technology: Epic EMR (strongly preferred)
•   Support Staff: Includes a practice manager, front office supervisor, medical assistants, and patient care associates. No supervisory responsibilities required. Qualifications:
•   Must have an active and unrestricted California medical license
•   DEA license required
•   BLS or ACLS certification required
•   Minimum 2 years of outpatient primary care experience
•   Board certification preferred, but not required Compensation & Logistics:
•   Bill Rate: Competitive and negotiable
