Admissions, Clinic 16-25; inpatient 2-4
Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 days.
FTE: 2 covering 50% of the deliveries.
EMR: EPIC
Support Staff: Lab Tech, LPN/LVN, MA, X-ray Tech, RN
- Physicians working with CRNA's.
Reason for Coverage: An internal provider is leaving and they need to backfill.
Dealbreakers: All providers must be able to perform all functions of the job (clinic & call) to be considered.
Adequate procedures for privileging: N eed to have procedure log at time of candidate presentation.
