Position Details:
Patient Population: Pediatrics to Geriatrics
Setting: Family Medicine Practice
Responsibilities: Chronic disease management, dressing changes, sutures, biopsies, pap smears, joint injection/aspiration
Required Procedures: Skin tag and mole removal, suturing, joint injections
EMR System: Epic
Support Staff: 1 Nurse Practitioner
Days Per Month: Full-time
On-Call/Weekends: 1:7 (phone call only)
Submission Requirements:
- TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Family Medicine (preferred) or Internal Medicine - REQUIRED
- IN license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- Active DEA (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- BLS and ACLS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- COVID Vaccination - REQUIRED
- Experience with pediatrics-geriatrics - REQUIRED
- EPIC EMR knowledge - HIGHLY PREFERRED
