About Us:
We operate out of two clinic sites, providing comprehensive healthcare services primarily to Medicaid patients. Established in 1972, we are a vital community resource dedicated to providing high-quality, mission-driven care. We seek dedicated Primary Care Providers experienced in Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) to join our team and deliver compassionate care to patients of all ages.
Practice Setting & Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care at multiple clinic sites, including rural locations
- Conduct consultations, exams, and diagnoses, and manage chronic illnesses
- Participate in monthly meetings and quality improvement initiatives
- Use Athena 1 EMR efficiently (training provided if needed)
Requirements:
- Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Available to work four or 4 days a week, with optional Sick Baby Call hours
- Willing to participate in shared call schedule, including telephonic and paid hospital pediatric calls
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive $270,000 TO 280,000 base salary with potential for bonus incentives
