We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our practice for a full-time, ongoing position. This role focuses on providing comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient clinic setting, with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule.
The ideal candidate will be committed to building strong patient relationships, managing a diverse panel of patients, and contributing to a collaborative healthcare environment.
Schedule & Responsibilities:
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
- Provide a full scope of general family medicine services, including preventative care, chronic disease management, acute illness treatment, and health promotion for patients of all ages.
- Manage patient appointments, conduct examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate effectively with clinic staff and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
Training:
- A one-day orientation focused on EPIC computer-based training will be provided to ensure comfort and proficiency with our EMR system.
Qualifications:
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency Program.
- Board Certification in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine (or equivalent recognized board) is required, or Board Eligibility if recently completed residency.
- Current BLS certification.
Proficiency or willingness to become proficient with the
Epic EMR System .
