Client seeks Physician for part-time contract for one day per week from July 2-December 31 at their Corporate Health clinic in Greeley, CO. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and light occupational health. Provider can work any day of the week - hours are Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 7:00am-4:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break, Tuesday 9:30am-6:00pm, and Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm, both with a 30-minute lunch break. Clinic is staffed by one provider and 2 MAs and sees 10 patients per day on average. Candidates must be Board Certified/Board Eligible and have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment.
