Position: Permanent Geriatric Medicine Physician (MD/DO)

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary and consultative care to geriatric patients
Conduct routine and preventive exams, manage chronic conditions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams including social work, nursing, and therapy
Participate in family meetings and care planning discussions
Contribute to quality improvement and patient-centered care initiatives
Requirements:
MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine with geriatric experience
Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with the elderly
Schedule & Compensation:
Monday Friday schedule (flexibility may be available)
