Job Description:
- Geriatric Medicine Physician
- Two Clinic Locations near Grand Rapids, MI (Muskegon and Holland, MI)
- Geriatrician will spend 3 days in Muskegon and 2 in Holland
- Services in our onsite health clinic include primary medical care, prescriptions, therapies and advance care planning.
- Patients base is 55 plus and geared towards Dementia and Geriatric medicine.
- Medication Management, Lab tests, Social Services, Wound Care, Advance Care Planning, Comprehensive End of Life and Comfort Care
- Low turnover group with their MDs and NPs
- Team setting and collaborative group. Not a solo position. Its a team of OT/PTs, NPs, PAs, psychologist, social workers assisting the physicians.
- 40hrs a week. 8am - 4:30PM
- Volume: 3-10 patients per day.
- Call 1 week every 8 weeks.
Profile Background:
- Board Certified / Board Eligible Geriatric Medicine
- Ability to hold a Michigan State Medical License
