This position offers the flexibilityof working 1-3 days per week, allowing you to balance clinical and supervisoryresponsibilities effectively. As a collaborating physician, you will play avital role in delivering whole-person, value-based care while fostering aculture of health transformation to improve outcomes and reduce costly serviceutilization.

Your responsibilities will includespending one day per week supervising nurse practitioners and conducting chartreviews. During the remaining 2-3 days, you will provide direct patient care,seeing 10-15 patients daily in longer, meaningful 30- to 60-minuteappointments. Supported by a health coach and a collaborative care team, yourfocus will be on proactive, team-based care designed to enhance patientoutcomes and engagement.

Qualifications:

Board-certified physician with experience invalue-based or managed care models.

Active Arkansas medical license.

Demonstrated ability to lead and collaboratewith advanced practice providers.

Commitment to delivering patient-centered,team-oriented care.
