Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) for a permanent opportunity in Fairfax & Bamberg, SC. Position Details:
Role: Family Medicine / Internal Medicine / Primary Care Physician (MD/DO)
Location: Fairfax & Bamberg, South Carolina
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Schedule: Monday-Friday (Flexible scheduling available)
Setting: Outpatient primary care clinic
Call: Minimal or none, depending on preference

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients of all ages.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Perform preventive screenings, physical exams, and immunizations.
Educate patients on wellness, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR).

Qualifications:
MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Board Certification/Board Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Active South Carolina medical license or ability to obtain one.
Passion for patient-centered care and improving community health.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
