The ideal candidate will be available to start on 06/03/2025, working Tuesday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This outpatient role requires expertise in both pediatric (15%) and adult (85%) care. The selected provider will be responsible for managing general family medicine cases while utilizing Epic EMR. There is also a chance for an extension.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide comprehensive outpatient care for both pediatric and adult patients
• Conduct routine check-ups and preventive care visits

• Manage a patient mix of approximately 15% pediatric and 85% adult cases
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using Epic EMR

• Complete necessary documentation and administrative tasks
