Provider Needed: Family Practice Physician
Requirements:
•Any state license
•Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Responsibilities:
•Manage bread & butter Family Practice cases
•Handle Pannell PC patients
•Treat hypertension and diabetes
•Provide chronic care
Additional Information:
•On-site lab, X-ray, imaging, and pharmacy available
•Potential for assignment extension
