Primary Care Physician Opportunity Partnership Track in Buffalo, NY

Position Highlights:
- Full-spectrum Primary Care for adult and geriatric patients, with a limited adolescent population
- Join a thriving team of 120+ providers, including 46 Primary Care Physicians and 10 APPs
- On-site ancillary services: X-ray, MRI, CT, Lab, Ultrasound, and more
- Flexible 4- or 5-day workweek Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
- Light 1:8 call rotation - consultative phone call only
Compensation & Benefits:
- Two-year guaranteed base salary with productivity bonuses available
- Partnership opportunity with minimal buy-in and income potential of $500,000-$600,000
- $30,000 signing bonus

Candidate Qualifications:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Open to practicing physicians and new graduates
