Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide comprehensive family medicine care in a mobile clinic setting
• Diagnose and treat common illnesses such as colds, cough, flu, and COVID-19
• Manage chronic conditions like diabetes
• Administer vaccinations and perform physical examinations
• Handle medication refills and patient education
• Conduct health screenings and preventive care services

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Epic EHR system
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community organizations

Additional Information:
• Must be licensed as a Physician in Oregon
