JOB SUMMARY:
PeopleOne Health is seeking a Medical Director who is board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics to lead our Atlanta locations. The candidate must be experienced in adult medicine and pediatrics. The candidate must be passionate about providing full spectrum primary care and dedicated to providing patients with access to our resources that will help them make better choices related to their health and wellness. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- This position will require the provision of patient care and travel to our other locations in Atlanta to provide clinical leadership for the team.
- Duties will include chart review, training/onboarding new physician/APP hires, and collaborating with operations and medical leadership for development of new policies and procedures to provide outstanding clinical care and patient experiences.
Other Duties:
- In addition to these duties, the Medical Director will have regular meetings with the physician/APP team in the region, as well as the Chief Medical Officer. In the state of Georgia, additional responsibilities are pursuant to Georgia Statute - Clinic Responsibilities.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Experienced in adult medicine and pediatrics.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS :
- 5 or more years practicing in Family Medicine
- Medical Degree required (MD/DO)
- Board Certified in Family Medicine: or Combined Internal Medicine & Pediatrics
- Unrestricted Georgia Medical License
- DEA Certificate
EXPERIENCE:
- Previous leadership experience preferred but not required
