Essentials: MD / DO Locum 1099 Independent contractor BLS / ACLS / DEA AK business license, or willingness to obtain Board certification ABFM Two years practice experience Malpractice insurance provided Travel and lodging at no expense to physician, all arranged.
Facility Credentialing Details: Takes about 4 weeks, Emergency Credential for clear file. Provider must be FULLY vaccinated
Practice details and Schedule: Clinic Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, or 4 10 hr days = 40 hrs per week No call/ no weekends 10 - 15 patients per day Outpatient primary care for ages newborn through geriatric. General gyn, Simple procedures (Suturing, I&D) MA assigned for rooming patients, with RN back-up Emergencies go to community hospital in town Business casual
Logistics: Physician will fly into the community Vehicle provided Fully furnished apartment Family member welcome, no pets
Compensation: $180/hour for every hour in clinic
