Job Details

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Family Physician to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Family Physician, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our community's health and well-being. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical services to patients of all ages, managing chronic diseases, and promoting health and wellness. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive compensation package, continuous learning opportunities, and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive and continuous primary care to patients, including diagnosing, treating, and helping prevent diseases and injuries that commonly occur in the general population.
2. Develop and implement patient management plans and record progress notes.
3. Refer patients to medical specialists or other practitioners when necessary.
4. Coordinate work with nurses, social workers, rehabilitation therapists, pharmacists, psychologists, and other health care providers.
5. Promote health by advising patients about diet, hygiene, and methods for disease prevention.
6. Report births, deaths, and outbreak of contagious diseases to governmental authorities.
7. Direct and coordinate activities of nurses, students, assistants, specialists, therapists, and other medical staff.
8. Plan, implement, or administer health programs or standards in hospitals, businesses, or communities for prevention or treatment of injury or illness.
9. Prepare government or organizational reports on birth, death, and disease statistics, workforce evaluations, or the medical status of individuals.

Qualifications:

1. Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
2. Completion of a family medicine residency.
3. Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
4. Valid and unrestricted license to practice medicine.
5. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing physician.
6. Excellent clinical skills with a passion for patient care and improving health outcomes.
7. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
8. Ability to work effectively in a team-based care environment.
9. Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
10. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with medical advancements.
11. Ability to work with diverse populations and adapt to changing healthcare environments.
