Healthonomic Primary Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our outpatient team in Orland Park, IL . What You ll Do
- Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for patients
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Promote wellness through preventive care and patient education
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality, coordinated care
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted Illinois APRN license and Board Certification in Family Medicine
- Active DEA registration and Illinois Controlled Substance License
- EMR proficiency ( Epic preferred); strong documentation and organizational skills
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred ; new graduates will be considered
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered, community-focused care
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary: $125,000
- Annual Bonus: Eligible after 12 months of employment, based on performance and company standards.
