Job-8583 Seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Urgent care to join a terrific staff of an award-winning nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center in a scenic community 45 minutes north of Bangor where over 100 employees serve 24,000 residents of 19 towns. This award-winning Federally Qualified Health Center provides family medical care, walk-in care, prenatal care, behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, podiatry, dental care, school-based health and patient education in 5 locations. A sliding fee-scale is offered to help underserved patients. Convenient 3 day/week schedule: Mon, Tues & Thurs. Walk-In Care operates Mon-Fri, 7am-5pm, in a beautiful 28,000 sq. ft. healthcare complex a bright, modern facility with up-to-date technology, on-site lab, and fully integrated EMR. This schedule provides 32 hour workweek (with admin time). You may add another 4 hours/week (if desired) in another area of interest or need (to be discussed). You may also have the option to pick up additional shifts for additional cash if desired.
