We are looking for a Full time licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our full family practice clinic in Omaha, NE. This is a great opportunity for you to be a part of a Corporate Clinic team that focuses on the health needs of our client. This provider role is around 38 hours per week. Don't want to work nights, weekends or holidays? Then this is the job for you.


The hours are Tuesday to Friday from 7 am to 5 pm.

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Performs general medical care including examinations, evaluations, diagnoses, treatment, follow-ups, consultations and education.
  • Provides Health Coaching and Education as an integral part of all patient care.
  • Records patient medical history.
  • Formulates and plans initial plan of care.
  • Practices health and safety requirements.
  • Follows patient progress and makes changes in treatment as necessary.
  • Refers patients to specialist as needed
  • Orders and interprets laboratory studies/examinations to determine treatment, orders medication and other forms of treatment.
  • Follow up on lab/diagnostic results and report findings to patients.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be a Licensed Nurse Practitioner/Physician Asst. in the state of Nebraska (Iowa also preferred)
  • 2+ years of clinical practice in a primary care setting preferable
