Our healthcare organization is seeking a passionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you will provide exceptional care to patients of all ages. As an FNP, you will be at the forefront of patient care, conducting physical exams, interpreting lab results, and developing comprehensive treatment plans. Your role will be instrumental in promoting preventive care and health education to our patients, contributing to our mission of delivering the highest quality healthcare services.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide primary and urgent care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, prescription, treatment, and follow-up.
2. Perform physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines and instructions of the Physician.
3. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's clinical problems and health care needs.
4. Record physical findings, and formulate plan and prognosis, based on patient's condition.
5. Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures.
6. Prescribe or recommend drugs or other forms of treatment such as physical therapy, inhalation therapy, or related therapeutic procedures.
7. Refer patients to specialized health resources or community agencies furnishing assistance.
8. Consult with or refer patients to appropriate specialists when conditions exceed the scope of practice or expertise.
9. Promote preventive health care services and self-care skills through education and counseling.
10. Collaborate with other health professionals and members of the health care team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
