Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Compensation
- The pay range for this position is $74.87 an hour
- Full-time benefits available after 90 days of employment
- 401(k) with company match available after 1 year of service
Family Nurse Practitioner Highlights
- Full-time
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Lunch Break: 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM
- Closed: Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
- Onsite, in-person, patient-facing role
- Reports directly to the Senior Practice Manager
- Focused on holistic, evidence-based, patient-centered care for individuals aged 18 months and older
Family Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities
- Deliver defined patient care services independently in a retail clinic setting
- Perform assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and health counseling
- Manage both clinical and non-clinical tasks to improve clinic efficiency
- Educate patients on preventive care and develop personalized care plans
- Document all patient care in a computerized Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
- Collaborate with clinic and retail colleagues to ensure operational excellence
- Help with hiring and developing Practice employees
- Resolve patient or team concerns using appropriate conflict management techniques
- Validate insurance coverage and incorporate this information into patient care plans
Family Nurse Practitioner Requirements
- Master's Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program
- Active FNP license in the state of Georgia
- National board certification (AANP or ANCC)
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required
- COVID-19 vaccination required prior to start date (medical/religious exemptions may apply)
- DEA application may be required at the time of offer (per state regulations)

- Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills
- Familiarity with patient-centered care models
- Proficiency with electronic documentation systems
