This is for a Family Nurse Practitioner opportunity in Salome, AZ. Nurse Practitioner who see all ages for a Rural Health Clinic. This clinic sees about 10-15 patients each day. Shift: 4-10 hour shifts, Monday to Thursday, then 4x8 hour shifts Monday to Thursday, the hours alternate weekly Length of Assignment: Locums 8 week assignment with option to go to 13 weeks.
