Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a nurse practitioner or physician associate to join a growing family medicine practice at PMG Wilsonville. You'll be part of a collaborative, value-based, and patient-centered care team made up of physicians, advanced practice providers, behavioral health provider, clinical pharmacist, case management and an experienced clinical support team. - Full-time, 1.0 FTE
- Monday to Friday, daytime hours, 4 to 5 days/week schedule
- Non-paneled, team-based care with direct and indirect patient care (in-basket management)
- 2-years of post-graduate professional experience in a primary care setting preferred
