We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician and New Graduate Program Director to lead our Advanced Practice Practitioner (APP) New Graduate Program/Urgent Care Fellowship. This role involves overseeing curriculum design, clinical instruction, and mentorship for Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs), ensuring high standards of training and professional development.
- Develop and evaluate fellowship curriculum.
- Mentor and support fellows in clinical performance.
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Provide clinical care and support to providers.
- Collaborate on clinical guidelines and participate in committees.
Qualifications include an MD/DO with Board Certification in Family Medicine, 5+ years of clinical experience, and strong leadership skills. Compensation includes benefits and a salary range of $240,000 to $270,000.
