We're Hiring: Family Law Paralegal / Legal Assistant

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to support meaningful work in family law?
A solo practitioner in Marin County is looking for a Paralegal or Legal Assistant to join a small, client-focused family law practice. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to grow their skills in a supportive legal setting.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare legal documents and correspondence
- Organize and maintain case files
- File documents with the court (electronically and in person)
- Manage attorney calendar and court deadlines
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and other professionals
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a must
- Experience with Clio or other legal case management software is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a positive office environment
Family law experience is a plus, but not required.
