Role Description
Our esteemed client is in pursuit of a Family law Attorney in Woodbury, NJ. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating on behalf of clients, and practicing law in the area of family law. Earnings are unlimited based upon specified metrics but allow attorney's earnings to exceed salary as desired through work hours, monies collected and client retention.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Family lawyer in NJ.
- Legal advice, client relations and family law skills
- Negotiation skills and desire to achieve results
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar in New Jersey
