Role Description
We are hiring for both an experienced family law attorney, and an entry-level family law attorney. Both positions are full-time on-site role for a Family Law Attorney at The Bolton Law Firm, PC located in The Woodlands, TX. The Family Law Attorney will be responsible for handling legal issues related to family law, drafting motions, conducting depositions, and representing clients in various court proceedings.
Qualifications
- Legal knowledge and expertise in Family Law
- Experience in drafting motions and conducting depositions
- Strong understanding of legal issues related to family law matters
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced legal environment
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Experience in handling complex family law cases is a plus
