Family Law Attorney - Seattle, WA (Hybrid)

One of my top clients is seeking a passionate and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our growing team in Seattle, Washington. They are a client-focused firm dedicated to providing compassionate and effective legal representation in all aspects of family law. Responsibilities:


  • Manage a full caseload of family law matters from inception through trial, including but not limited to:

    • Divorce and legal separation
    • Child custody and support
    • Parenting plans
    • Property division
    • Domestic violence and restraining orders
    • Modifications and enforcement

  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials.
  • Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes effectively.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in family law and related legal areas.

Qualifications:


  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active member in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing family law in Washington state.
  • Proven ability to handle cases from start to finish, including courtroom litigation.
  • Strong understanding of Washington family law statutes and procedures.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional legal research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to client representation.
  • Technological proficiency.
