Family Law Attorney
Location: On-Site (San Diego, CA)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of family law experience, with a strong background in litigation and trial preparation. You will handle a variety of family law matters including child custody cases, domestic issues, and restraining orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in family law matters, focusing on child custody, domestic cases, and restraining orders.
- Prepare for and attend trials, hearings, and mediations.
- Provide expert legal counsel and guidance to clients on family-related issues.
- Draft legal documents, including petitions, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Manage and maintain a caseload of family law matters from inception through resolution.
- Work closely with clients, opposing counsel, and the court to effectively handle cases.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Family Law Attorney.
- Strong litigation experience, including trial preparation and courtroom representation.
- Knowledge and experience handling child custody, domestic cases, and restraining orders.
- A stable work history with limited job changes; looking for candidates who are seeking long-term growth.
- Licensed to practice law in California.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year, dependent on experience.
