Job Details



Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including but not limited to divorce, child custody, spousal support, domestic violence, and property division.
  • Conduct thorough discovery and prepare declarations, motions, and other necessary legal documents.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations, advocating for their best interests at all times.
  • Provide compassionate and effective legal counsel to clients facing emotionally charged situations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in family law and communicate these changes effectively to clients and team members.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop effective case strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality work.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Must be an active member in good standing with the State Bar.
  • At least 6 months to a year of any sort of civil litigation or family law.
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing a high-volume caseload while maintaining high-quality work.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Passionate about providing superior client service and achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.
