We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to engage with a variety of family law cases, including child custody and divorce law. Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal support and advice to clients in all aspects of family law, including child custody, divorce, alimony, pre-and post-nuptial agreements, and domestic violence cases.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, presenting clear and persuasive arguments.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing empathetic and practical advice during difficult times.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in family law and participate in continuous professional development activities.
• Work collaboratively with our team of attorneys and support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Job Details

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney in family law, with a focus on child custody and divorce law.
• Excellent negotiation and litigation skills, with a proven track record of success in family law cases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively counsel clients and interact with all levels of the organization.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage a high caseload while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• Passion for advocating for clients in sensitive family law matters.
