Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team in either our Naples or Fort Myers office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience practicing family law, with a proven track record of effectively managing cases from inception to resolution. This role requires exceptional communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, paternity, and modifications.
- Provide strategic advice and representation to clients throughout all phases of family law litigation.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as pleadings, motions, agreements, and court orders.
- Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date with changes in family law.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and depositions.
- Collaborate with the firm's legal team to develop effective case strategies.
- Maintain open and consistent communication with clients, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout the legal process.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing family law.
- Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
