Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in a variety of family law matters, including divorce, custody, parenting plans, and modifications.
- Manage a personal caseload from intake through resolution with support from experienced legal staff.
- Prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery, and more.
- Attend hearings, mediations, and client meetings, offering strategic legal counsel.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience practicing family law in Washington State.
- Exceptional legal writing, communication, and courtroom skills.
- Demonstrated compassion and professionalism in working with clients.
- Active member in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association.
- Ability to manage cases independently and contribute to a team-oriented practice.
